Divide the dough into 6-7 equal portions in ball shape While working with one ball, cover the rest of the dough balls Roll each ball out into an oval about 6-inch (15 cm) long and 4-inch (10 cm) wide. cut in half Brush with water forming a cone Fill the samosa with potato filling Brush the edges with water, then pinch the edges and seal the samosa repeat
Cut the samosas into 4-5 pieces in hot oil Fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown
