Today we will learn how to make Samosa

Ingredient : Coriander leaves , Cashews , salt , water , Lemon , green peas , onion , green chillies. , ginger , Garlic , Turmeric , Chilli powder , Garam masala , Coriander seeds, powder , cumin seeds , oil , potatoes , Flour

Method : Flour 2 cups (250 grams) Salt 1/2 tsp

Oil or melted ghee
1/4 cup (60 ml)

Rub the flour with the oil until the mixture is crumbly

Knead a stiff dough
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes

3 potatoes, boiled
Coarsely chop/mash

Turmeric 1 tsp
Cook for 30-60 seconds

Chopped green chillies.
Cook for 1 minute
1 chopped onion
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Chopped boiled potatoes
1 cup (150 g) green peas
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
1/4 cup (60 ml) of water
salt
Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently
Cashews, ground 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp – chopped
Remove from heat and allow to cool

Divide the dough into 6-7 equal portions
in ball shape
While working with one ball, cover the rest of the dough balls
Roll each ball out into an oval about 6-inch (15 cm) long and 4-inch (10 cm) wide.

Brush with water
forming a cone
Fill the samosa with potato filling
Brush the edges with water, then pinch the edges and seal the samosa
repeat

Cut the samosas into 4-5 pieces in hot oil
Fry for 4-5 minutes until golden brown

Now serve hot on a plate
