Today we will learn how to make Jalebi

Ingredients :.  Flour , Corn flour , Yogurt , Ghee , Turmeric powder ,  Water , Baking soda , Sugar , Cardamom , Orange food coloring , oil ,

Method ::. Flour (all purpose flour) 1/2 cup , Corn flour 1 tablespoon , Yogurt or curd 2 tbsp , Ghee Clanid Main) 2 Tables , Turmeric powder (optional) Apuch , Mix well , thick batter .

Baking soda

A little less than 1/4 top
Mix well

Use a squeeze bottle to make perfect jalebis

Sugar 2 cups
Water 1 cup
Boil for 7-10 minutes
Cardamom 4
Orange food coloring is optional
Mix well
Sticky consistency

heating oil (piping heating)
Make jalebis
Turn the burner on low
Fry the tan jalebi until crispy

Transfer the hot jalebi to the hot pan

Instant sugar syrup
Soak (1 minute) Transfer to a plate
While making the jalebis put the burner on high heat to puff them
Now turn the burner to low flame and fry the jalebis until crispy
Immediately transfer to warm sugar syrup

* Jalebi should be hot

* Piping hot sugar syrup – Saji jalebis will not absorb cold or luke warm sugar syrup.

This way your Jalebi will be made very easily
