chicken mince



Ingredients: 12 large pieces of chicken, 2 tablespoons of ginger, 1 teaspoon of garlic paste, 300 grams of onion paste, 3 bay leaves, 250 grams of yogurt, 250 grams of oil, 1 lemon, moderate amount of salt, few spices.

Method: Wash the chicken and drain the water

Chicken wash

Mix all the batter spices and curd and soak it for half an hour

Mix all

Heat the oil and first boil the garamshala

Mix the spices and curd, stir the meat well, cover and cook on high flame.

When it boils well, take it off the heat. When the meat is cooked, when the oil floats on top, pour lemon juice.

Then serve on a plate
