Faworki, also known as chrusty, are a traditional Polish pastry served during holidays and special occasions. Here’s a recipe to make faworki
Ingredients:
: 300 grams of flour
: four eggs
: sold
: sugar
: cream
: spirit
: Oil

Method :
300 grams of flour
Separate the egg yolk from the egg white
You will need 4 egg yolks
Put the yolks in the flour and add
1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon jaggery
Sugar 1 teaspoon
4 tablespoons cream 18%
1 teaspoon spirit
Mix all ingredients together
It took me about 4 minutes to powder
till the dough
Had a uniform color and firm consistency
Knead the dough with a rolling pin for about 3 minutes

Divide it into 2-3 parts
and roll
Cut the center into pieces about 10 cm x 4 cm
Length for each faworka
About 5 cm
And move on like me

You just created your Faworka
Oil for Deep Frying Smagenia
Transfer the fawarki to the hot oil
Oil should be at 170°C/ 338°F’C
After throwing Faworki it sinks, but literally
After a few seconds they will surface
Fry for about 1-2 minutes
After this time, turn and fry for another 1-2 minutes

You can sprinkle with powdered sugar
